In 2013, PAMANA DILG Fund granted Php 5 Million to grant the proposal of the Local Government to conduct road improvement works in Barangay Namal, Municipality of Asipulo. Nearly 800 meters of earth road was concreted and widened, and better drainage systems were put in place.

While driving along the Cantugas road in the Municipality of Mainit after a while, a beautiful, red bridge will slowly appear in sight, projecting a stark contrast against the breathtaking skyline. This bailey bridge was granted by PAMANA-DILG Fund in 2013 to the residents of Cantugas, who have not seen such intricate infrastructure built in their barangay for the past several years.
